Hyatt Regency Thrissur is set to transport diners straight to the sunny shores of Goa with a specially curated Goan Food Feast at its all-day dining destination, Regency Café. Scheduled from January 23 to February 1, the festival celebrates the bold, soulful and spice-driven flavours that define Goa’s rich culinary heritage.
Leading the festival is Chef Saurabh from Ronil Goa - JDV by Hyatt, who brings with him time-honoured Goan recipes and traditional cooking techniques. He collaborates closely with Executive Chef Sanjeev Kammath and the culinary team at Hyatt Regency Thrissur to recreate authentic coastal dishes, staying true to Goa’s distinctive flavours while presenting them in a refined dining setting.
Guests can look forward to a specially curated Goan Lunch Thali as well as an elaborate Goan Dinner Buffet. The menu highlights iconic favourites such as Chicken Xacuti, Goan Prawn Recheado and Chicken Cafreal, alongside a spread of classic Goan curries, fresh seafood preparations and regional specialities that reflect the diversity of coastal Goan cuisine.
Set within the warm and inviting ambience of Regency Café, the festival promises an immersive dining experience that goes beyond the plate. Each dish is crafted to showcase the balance of spice, coconut, tang and aroma that makes Goan food instantly recognisable and deeply comforting.
