To mark this occasion, the hotel is hosting Jashen-e-Zaffran, a 10-day culinary celebration from June 20th to 29th, 2025, dedicated to the timeless charm and evolving spirit of Indian cuisine.

Curated as a flavourful tribute to the restaurant’s journey, the festival features an exclusive à la carte menu for both lunch and dinner, complete with a daily Chef’s Special. Guests can relish signature creations like Rajma Galouti Kebab, Awadhi Mutton Biryani, and Jaisalmeri Malai Ghewar, each dish echoing stories of tradition and innovation.

More than just food, Jashen-e-Zaffran immerses diners in a multisensory experience — with themed décor, traditionally dressed staff, culinary storytelling, and a welcome complimentary drink to set the tone.
