Chef Rajeshwari Puthalapattu, a renowned culinary artist celebrated for her dedication to regional Indian cuisines, brings the unique "Pattu" cuisine from Andhra Pradesh's Chittoor district to life. Her motto, "Swach Swadeshi Swad," embodies her commitment to preserving and presenting heirloom recipes passed down through generations.
The festival’s menu is a flavorful tribute to Rayalaseema's essence. Begin your meal with Alasanda Vada, crispy black-eyed pea fritters, or Nethala Pakkodi, a nostalgic fish delicacy. Indulge in Karimpakku Annam, a comforting black pepper-infused rice dish, or savor the robust Marvalu Yetamamsam Pulav, a lamb pulao steeped in traditional spices.
Explore the rustic charm of Ragi Munnagaku Roti, made from finger millet and drumstick leaves, or enjoy the earthy richness of Uddipappu Uurubindi, a wholesome lentil curry. Seafood lovers can relish the Royala Roast, a prawn dish bursting with bold flavors.
