Celebrating Holi through flavours and tradition, TAT unveils Rang Barse, a thoughtfully curated, limited-edition culinary experience that brings festive favourites to the table with a modern touch. Available from 27th February to 8th March 2026, the special menu invites guests to enjoy Holi-inspired beverages and desserts drawn from different parts of India.
Known for showcasing India’s regional food stories, TAT continues its journey of celebrating culinary diversity with Rang Barse. The menu takes inspiration from festive treats that have traditionally brought families and communities together, reimagined through the restaurant’s contemporary approach while staying true to original flavours.
The beverage selection highlights festive classics, starting with the Kesar Badam Lassi, a rich Punjabi-style drink blending saffron, almonds, and cardamom for a smooth and indulgent sip. Alongside it is the Classic Banarasi Thandai, a creamy milk-based beverage infused with pepper, dry fruits, and saffron, reflecting the spirit of Holi celebrations in North India.
Desserts form the heart of the Rang Barse experience, drawing from time-honoured Holi recipes. The ‘Gujiya with Thandai Shot’ pairs a crisp, flaky gujiya filled with khoya and nuts with a refreshing thandai on the side. The ‘Kesari Rasmalai’ offers soft milk dumplings soaked in saffron-infused milk, delicately flavoured with cardamom and almonds. Completing the spread is the ‘Malpua and Rabdi’, featuring golden pancakes served with chilled rabdi, finished with subtle notes of rose and pistachio.
At its core, TAT continues to honour India’s culinary heritage by blending festive flavours with regionally sourced ingredients and contemporary presentation. With Rang Barse, the restaurant transforms Holi into a gourmet celebration, encouraging guests to come together and savour the festival through food, tradition, and shared moments.
