This July, QLA in Mehrauli, New Delhi, turns into a melting pot of flavours with The Fusion Edit—a week-long celebration of Turkish cuisine with a twist. From July 21st to 27th, this culinary collaboration between Chef Gokhan and Chef Dipender invites food lovers to discover the soul of Turkish food infused with European finesse.

The menu takes guests on a rich, flavour-forward journey, starting with small plates rooted in traditional Turkish mezze. Expect warm salads layered with Mediterranean cheeses, grapevine-wrapped bites, and seafood delicacies packed with regional spices. Every dish reflects thoughtful detail, blending comfort with modern refinement.

Main courses highlight a bold grill selection—featuring flame-charred meats and Turkish-style grilled specials that offer deep, smoky notes. From savoury pastries to reimagined classics, the experience promises surprise in every bite. Don’t miss the dessert finale: a reinterpreted Kunafa that brings sweetness, crunch, and nostalgia together on a single plate.

Diners can choose from a curated à la carte selection or go all-in with the tasting menu. A live grill station adds theatre to the experience, with chefs cooking dishes right before your eyes—adding drama and authenticity to the already flavour-packed event.
