JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru is hosting the Asian Food Festival at UNO Izakaya, led by the celebrated Chef Raju Dorjee. The festival is a meticulously curated journey through Asia’s diverse culinary traditions, offering guests a balance of flavor, texture, and artistry from start to finish.

The experience opens with broths like Miso and Korean Ramen, layered with umami and depth, followed by delicate Lobster Har Gow and Xiao Long Bao, showcasing precision in seasoning and texture. Playful dishes such as Katsu Chicken and Tofu Bao Buns bring a delightful contrast of crisp exteriors and soft fillings.

The mains highlight Asia’s rich flavors: Beef Rendang, Steamed Fish with Nam Jim Dip, Hainanese Chicken Rice, and Singapore Chilli Crab. Vegetarian offerings like Mapo Tofu, Thai Curries, and wok-tossed seasonal vegetables bring vibrancy and balance to the table.

The journey concludes with desserts designed to linger: Japanese Cheesecake, Ginger Crème Brulee, Kaffir Lime Ice Cream, and Thap Thim Krop, blending elegance with playful textures. “This festival is a study in tradition, innovation, and the artistry of Asian cuisine,” says JW Marriott Bengaluru.
