Designed as a rotating experience, the Asian New Year Journey features dedicated Thai and Japanese weeks, each highlighting authentic flavours, traditional cooking techniques, and carefully sourced ingredients that remain true to their culinary roots. The concept allows diners to explore two distinct Asian food cultures within a single, elegant setting.

The menu blends comforting favourites with bold classics, offering dishes such as Hargao crystal dim sums, Shio Ramen, Chicken in Mala Sauce, and Buddha’s Special Vegetables. Carefully balanced, the selection invites guests to experience both familiar tastes and signature preparations that define Asian cuisine.

Set within Sampan’s contemporary and welcoming space, the experience is designed for sharing, making it ideal for families, friends, and food enthusiasts.
