Each drink is paired with a signature bite from Chef Vedant Newatia’s kitchen, thoughtfully designed to complement and amplify the experience.

• El Mariachi: Tequila, mezcal, tomato, koji, sea salt, and sparkle — an umami bomb that gets a DIY taco platter on the side.
