This Easter, Bayroute at NESCO invites guests to take a break from screens and spend quality time with family through a creative and engaging workshop. Designed for both kids and adults, the experience brings together food, fun, and hands-on activities in a relaxed setting.

The evening is planned to encourage interaction and creativity, giving families a chance to bond while enjoying a festive atmosphere. Starting from 5:00 pm onwards, the workshop includes a mix of activities and culinary experiences that cater to guests of all ages.

A dedicated Easter egg decorating station will be open to children aged 2 to 15 years as well as adults, making it a shared activity for everyone. Guests can also watch a live demonstration of the egg-making process led by a chef, along with opportunities to interact with expert chefs and learn more about cooking techniques and signature dishes.

Alongside the activities, guests can enjoy a specially curated grazing table featuring a variety of dishes. The spread includes cold selections like Beetroot Rocca Salata, Lebanese Nachos, Tabbouleh, Hummus Bayroute, Baharatli Hummus, Moutabbal, Labneh, and Muhammara. Aperitifs and small bites such as Harissa Paneer Canapés, Truffle Creamed Mushroom Canapés, Falafel Shawarma, and Chicken Shawarma will be served with accompaniments like Pickled Vegetables, Smoked Olives, Lavash, Grissini, and Saffron Khamir Breads. To end on a sweet note, desserts include Lotus Cheesecake, Saffron Milk Cake, and Chocolate Truffles.

With a focus on togetherness and creativity, the event offers a simple yet meaningful way to celebrate the occasion with loved ones.
