403 Forbidden Bar in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, will host SYSTEM TAKEOVER, a one-day bar takeover in collaboration with The World Behind One Bar and Atelier V, on Wednesday, 30 September 2026.

The evening will bring Atelier V’s approach to cocktails, craft and hospitality to the Bengaluru bar, with bartenders Dishant Vadnere, Vedant Newatia and Vinay Tagde taking over the bar for the one-night showcase. The cocktail menu draws inspiration from drinking expressions and celebratory toasts from different parts of the world. The selection includes ARRIBA!, a clarified tequila cocktail made with yoghurt, jalapeño tincture and salsa.

Another highlight, KANPAI, combines whisky, hojicha tea, raw mango bubbles and pickled pineapple, bringing together a mix of tea, fruit and whisky notes. COROMEL takes a savoury direction with vodka, unsalted butter, tamarind, chilli and butter popcorn.

For a more refreshing profile, PIYO brings together gin, Gondhoraj, caramelised banana and mango. The menu moves across refreshing, fruity, savoury and spirit-forward profiles, with each cocktail showcasing a different combination of ingredients, technique and presentation.

Rather than following the format of a traditional guest shift, the takeover gives guests an opportunity to experience Atelier V behind the bar and discover the craft involved in creating each serve. The evening puts the focus on the bartenders, their creative approach and the details that shape the overall drinking experience.

With SYSTEM_TAKEOVER, 403 Forbidden Bar continues its focus on collaborative bar experiences, bringing distinctive bartenders and contemporary cocktail programmes to Bengaluru for a one-night celebration of craft, creativity and hospitality.
