Bengaluru’s popular microbrewery Brix and Barrells is bringing a taste of Bavaria to the city with its Oktoberfest celebrations. The specially curated menu pays homage to authentic German flavors and is perfectly paired with their freshly brewed seasonal beer, the refreshing Pineapple Ale. Guests can enjoy the festive spread till 5th October.
The Oktoberfest menu includes a lineup of hearty classics:
Brez’n: Warm, soft pretzels served with beer cheese dip and traditional German mustard.
Schnitzel Chicken: Crispy fried chicken cutlet paired with potato salad and a wedge of lemon.
Currywurst: Juicy bratwurst topped with curry ketchup, served alongside crispy French fries.
Schweinehaxe (Pork Knuckle): A tender, slow-cooked pork knuckle with crispy skin, served with potato dumplings and sauerkraut.
Apfelstrudel: A comforting apple strudel with cinnamon and raisins, served warm with vanilla ice cream.
To complement these dishes, the brewmasters have introduced Pineapple Ale—a golden ale infused with tropical pineapple sweetness. With its fruity aroma balanced by malty notes, the beer is designed to enhance the festive menu and bring a refreshing twist to Oktoberfest.
