Candlelight by Live Your City is set to bring its concert series to Delhi this May, with St. James Church opening its doors for a unique musical experience. Known as one of the city’s oldest landmarks, the church, built in 1836, becomes the second church venue for the series after its debut at Afghan Church in Mumbai.

With its domed structure and arched corridors, St. James Church offers a setting that blends history with atmosphere. The candlelit format transforms the space into an immersive environment, where soft lighting and live music come together to create a calm and engaging experience for the audience.

The series introduces three different musical programmes, each offering a distinct style. Candlelight: The Best of Hans Zimmer brings well-known film scores to life, while Candlelight: From Mozart to Chopin focuses on classical compositions. Candlelight: Tribute to ABBA adds a different mood with popular global hits. Each performance is presented through live instrumental music, creating a setting that feels relaxed yet engaging.

On May 3, the church itself becomes a key part of the experience, with its historic setting adding to the overall mood of the evening. The combination of music and space offers audiences a different way to enjoy live performances in the city.
