 The August 15th special menu brings India’s iconic street food to the fore, reinterpreted with Carnival’s signature playful innovation. Expect vibrant colours, bold aromas, and intricate plating that pay homage to India’s culinary heritage.

Highlights Include:

• Gol Gappa Cart – A live station serving bold, flavour-packed fillings of the beloved street snack, celebrating the joy of shared food memories.

• Tri-Colour Gola – A refreshing saffron, white, and green ice delight symbolising unity in diversity.

  

• Carnival Celebration Dessert – Layers of vanilla and pistachio crumble, chocolate sponge, apricot, mango gel, caramel sauce, chocolate crispies, and berry gel—a decadent finale that captures the nation’s vibrance.
