A Tricolor-Inspired Feast, Executive Chef Karam Dogra and his team have crafted a vibrant brunch menu inspired by the hues of the national flag. Saffron, white, and green come alive on the plate with dishes like Tiranga Paneer Tikka, Panchamel Dal, and the indulgent Mango Jalebi, a sweet finish that’s as golden as the spirit of freedom itself.

Festive Ambiance & Live Entertainment, S Café will be adorned with patriotic décor flags, buntings, and themed table settings that capture the joy of the occasion. Adding to the celebratory energy, live music will fill the air with patriotic melodies. Guests can also visit an in-house tattoo artist for temporary patriotic designs, making for a fun, photo-worthy memory.
