This Independence Day, Elements by Rosetta, Varca, Goa, invites guests to celebrate the nation’s spirit with a two-day culinary and cultural extravaganza on August 15 and 16, 2025. The event will blend India’s rich gastronomic traditions with themed activities for the whole family, offering a vibrant tribute to freedom and unity.

The festivities begin each morning with a patriotic-themed breakfast (7:30 AM – 10:30 AM), featuring flavours and colours inspired by the national tricolour. Non-residents can enjoy the spread, while it is included in the accommodation package for residents.

At lunchtime, guests can indulge in an à la carte menu (12:30 PM – 3:30 PM) showcasing India’s diverse culinary heritage, with highlights like Dungri Dal Makhni, Lobster Bisque, and Goan Thali.

The celebrations peak each evening with the Independence Day Dinner Buffet (7:30 PM – 10:30 PM). The lavish spread will include:
