Coinciding with Poila Baisakh, the Bengali New Year, this celebration promises a delicious immersion into the culinary traditions of Bengal—from the comfort of Gujarat.

Curated under the expert guidance of Chef Chandrabhan and his team of in-house Bengali chefs, the menu offers a hearty spread of timeless classics.
