The exclusive dining experience will be held from 3rd to 9th August 2026, inviting guests to discover the richness and diversity of Tamil cuisine.

Hailing from Erode, Tamil Nadu, Chef Preethi Raghunandan's passion for cooking began in her grandparents' kitchen, where traditional recipes and heartfelt hospitality inspired her culinary journey. Those early experiences continue to shape her philosophy that food is not just about nourishment but also about bringing people together and creating lasting memories.

With over 15 years of experience, Chef Preethi has catered for VIPs and celebrities, launched successful cloud kitchen ventures, and hosted popular pop-up dining experiences across Chennai and Malaysia. She has also developed signature sauces and flavour profiles that blend the essence of South Indian cuisine with modern cooking techniques. Her innovative approach earned her a place among the finalists of MasterChef India Tamil.

The week-long festival presents a carefully curated menu that celebrates the culinary heritage of Tamil Nadu through traditional recipes, regional spices and seasonal ingredients. Guests can savour signature dishes such as Mutton Kola Urundai, Milagu Meen Varuval, and Neer Kari Kolambu, alongside a selection of regional favourites that showcase the depth and authenticity of Tamil cuisine.
