Conrad Pune is set to take its guests on a culinary journey to Southern Italy with The Neapolitan Palette, a special food festival at the hotel’s rooftop Italian bar, Al Di La. Scheduled from August 15 to 24, this 10-day celebration showcases the rich flavours, aromas, and traditions of Naples, one of the world’s most celebrated culinary regions.

The event will feature an exclusive menu crafted under the expertise of Chef Tapas Manna, bringing to life the timeless food culture of Campania. Guests can savour authentic wood-fired pizzas from the birthplace of pizza, fresh coastal seafood, creamy handcrafted cheeses, and bold Mediterranean wines. Dishes such as La Regina, Mare Di Napoli, and Spaghetti Alla Vongole highlight influences from Greek, French, and Spanish legacies while staying true to Naples’ vibrant culinary identity.
