Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal is set to bring the flavours and culinary traditions of Kerala's iconic coastal town to Bengaluru with The Fort Kochi Fiesta, a limited-period culinary celebration at The Hebbal Cafe from 27 to 30 August 2026.
Inspired by Fort Kochi's rich food culture and coastal heritage, the festival will showcase authentic regional recipes, traditional cooking techniques and the distinctive flavours of Kerala and Malabar cuisine. The experience has been curated by Chef Priya Mary Antony, with a focus on bringing the character of Fort Kochi to the dining table.
The elaborate spread will feature a selection of Kerala favourites, including Malabar parottas, appams, comforting stews, seafood curries, karimeen and beef fry, alongside a variety of traditional vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations.
Adding to the experience, live cooking stations will allow guests to watch regional delicacies being prepared fresh by the culinary team. The coastal-inspired menu will also feature a selection of seafood, Kerala-inspired desserts and refreshing local beverages.
The festival will extend beyond the food, with live music, Fort Kochi-inspired décor and a family-friendly ambience designed to recreate the warmth and character associated with the historic port town. The experience is aimed at families, couples, food enthusiasts and diners looking to explore Kerala's regional culinary heritage.
The celebration will culminate in a specially curated Fort Kochi Sunday Brunch on 30 August, offering guests another opportunity to experience the flavours of Kerala through an expansive brunch spread.
