The magic of Bollywood’s golden era is set to come alive at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal with a special Retro Bollywood Brunch on 13th September at The Hebbal Cafe. Inspired by the glamour and energy of the 60s, 70s and 80s, the brunch invites guests to step into a nostalgic afternoon where classic cinema, Indian flavours and entertainment come together under one roof.

Curated by Executive Chef Kalpesh Kature and his culinary team, the Bollywood-themed buffet celebrates some of India’s much-loved regional flavours. Guests can revisit nostalgic favourites such as Bombay Sandwich and Bun Maska, along with flavourful Keema Pav and Chicken 65.

The main course brings further indulgence with Butter Chicken, Mutton Rogan Josh and Chole Bhature, creating a spread that combines familiar Indian favourites with the lively spirit of the theme. Adding to the experience is a vintage Bollywood-inspired setting featuring retro film posters, cinema reels, marquee lights and iconic cinematic elements. A colour palette of mustard yellow, vintage red, teal, cream and gold adds to the old-school charm.

Live entertainment and interactive experiences will further bring the theme to life, making the brunch an afternoon of food, memories and timeless Bollywood nostalgia. With a mix of classic flavours, vintage décor and entertainment, the Retro Bollywood Brunch promises a celebration where it is truly lights, camera and brunch.
