Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal is inviting guests to experience the warmth and flavours of Parsi cuisine with its special food festival titled “Jamva Chalo Ji.” The celebration will take place at Nazaara, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant known for its lively atmosphere and sweeping views of the city.
Starting from 17th March, the seven-day festival will showcase the distinctive taste of traditional Parsi food. Known for its balanced blend of sweet, tangy, and savoury notes, Parsi cuisine holds a unique place in India’s culinary heritage, and the festival aims to highlight that comforting charm.
The menu has been carefully curated by Chef Firozi, a passionate enthusiast of Parsi cuisine who brings authenticity and nostalgia to every dish. Guests can enjoy classic favourites such as Veg Dhansak, Salli Gosht, Kaju Kesar Ma Paneer, delicately flavoured with cashews and saffron and Chicken Farcha, the well-known crisp-fried delicacy loved by many.
To make the experience even more special, the celebration will conclude with a themed Sunday brunch titled “Jamva Chalo Ji.” The brunch will take place on 22nd March at Hebbal Cafe and will feature a colourful spread inspired by traditional Parsi flavours and dishes.
Through this culinary festival, Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal hopes to bring together food lovers who are curious to explore the comforting and vibrant world of Parsi cuisine.
Guests are invited to visit Nazaara during the festival week to enjoy this flavourful celebration where tradition, taste, and warm hospitality come together.
