Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal is set to showcase the culinary heritage of Coastal Karnataka with The Kanara Brunch: A Journey from Karwar to Mangalore at The Hebbal Cafe on September 6.

The brunch will take guests on a culinary journey through the diverse food traditions of Karwar, Udupi, Mangalore, Karavali, and Malnad, bringing together regional flavours and coastal culinary traditions.

Curated by Executive Chef Kalpesh and his culinary team, the spread will feature an array of fresh seafood delicacies, aromatic curries, traditional vegetarian specialities, local breads, and regional desserts.

The menu will highlight the distinct character of Coastal Karnataka's cuisine, from the spice-forward flavours associated with Karwar to the wholesome culinary traditions of Mangalore and the surrounding coastal regions.

Adding to the experience, the brunch will feature live regional food stations where guests can explore freshly prepared specialities. Traditional coastal-themed décor will complement the culinary spread, creating an atmosphere inspired by the culture and heritage of the region.

The Kanara Brunch is designed as an immersive dining experience that brings together regional cuisine, traditional flavours, and the warmth of coastal hospitality. The event offers Bengaluru diners an opportunity to explore the culinary diversity of Karnataka's western coast in one setting.
