Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal is set to bring the flavours of Rajasthan to the city with its Rajasthani Rasoi Festival at Nazaara. Scheduled from 11th to 17th May, the festival offers a week-long culinary experience inspired by the royal kitchens of Rajasthan.

The event is designed to give guests a deeper look into the region’s rich food culture, combining bold flavours, traditional recipes, and a rustic charm. Curated by Chef Asif Qureshi and his team, the menu highlights some of Rajasthan’s most loved dishes, prepared with attention to both authenticity and presentation.

Guests can enjoy a variety of classic dishes including Dal Baati Churma, Safed Maas, Jungli Maas, Gatte Pulao, and Rajasthani Kadhi. Each dish reflects the region’s unique use of spices and cooking techniques, offering a dining experience that feels both traditional and refined.

To complete the meal, the festival also features well-known desserts such as Ghewar and Rabri, adding a sweet and satisfying finish to the spread.

The celebrations will conclude with a special Rajasthani Rasoi-themed Sunday Brunch on 17th May at The Hebbal Cafe. Set in a warm and inviting space, the brunch is planned as a grand spread that captures the essence of Rajasthan’s hospitality.

The dinner festival will be available from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM between 11th and 17th May, while the Sunday Brunch on 17th May will be served from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The experience is ideal for those looking to explore regional flavours and enjoy a cultural dining experience in Bengaluru.
