Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal has announced a specially curated Republic Day Brunch at The Hebbal Cafe on January 26, inviting guests to celebrate the spirit of India through a vibrant culinary showcase inspired by the country’s rich cultural and gastronomic heritage.

Designed as a festive and inclusive dining experience, the brunch brings together flavours from across India, offering an elaborate multi-cuisine spread that reflects the diversity of regional cooking traditions. The menu features a selection of classic Indian favourites, including aromatic biryanis, flavourful curries, and succulent kebabs, thoughtfully curated to appeal to a wide range of palates.

Adding an interactive element to the celebration, live food counters will serve popular street-style favourites such as chaat, jalebi, and kheema pav bhaji, allowing guests to enjoy freshly prepared dishes throughout the afternoon.

Signature dishes crafted specially for the occasion include Tiranga Pulao, Lucchi with Cholar Dal, Balushahi, Jalebi served with Rabdi, and Masala Doodh, highlighting flavours traditionally associated with Indian festivities and national celebrations. A specially crafted theme-based mocktail will also be available to complement the brunch experience.

Set in the warm and welcoming ambience of The Hebbal Cafe, the Republic Day Brunch is ideal for families, food enthusiasts, and festive gatherings looking to mark the national holiday with good food and shared moments of pride.
