Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal is bringing the flavours and festive spirit of Gujarat to Bengaluru with Jamva Aavo Brunch, a Grand Gujarati Feast at The Hebbal Cafe on 11th October 2026.

Inspired by the warmth of Gujarati hospitality and the region’s rich culinary traditions, the brunch invites food enthusiasts and families to enjoy an indulgent spread celebrating the flavours, culture and festive spirit of Gujarat.

Curated by Executive Chef Kalpesh Kature and his team, the elaborate spread will feature Gujarati favourites including Dhokla, Khandvi, Undhiyu, Dal Dhokli, Fafda, Jalebi and Shrikhand. The menu will also feature live cooking stations, festive desserts and regional specialities, bringing together the diverse textures and flavours of Gujarati cuisine. Each element has been thoughtfully curated to offer guests a flavourful journey through Gujarat’s culinary heritage while showcasing the traditions that make the cuisine distinctive.

Adding to the experience, the brunch will feature vibrant Gujarati culture, traditional artwork and a warm festive atmosphere. Jamva Aavo Brunch aims to bring the spirit of Gujarat to Bengaluru through food, celebration and togetherness.
