Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar is bringing a delicious twist to the rains with its first-ever Dimsum & Momo Festival this September. Hosted at the hotel’s signature all-day dining restaurant, The Berry Library, the festival runs from September 1 to 30, 2025, and promises an indulgent experience of steaming baskets, soulful flavours, and unlimited servings.

Momos and dimsums have always been comfort food across Asia, especially during the rains. Inspired by this sentiment, Junior Sous Chef Raman curated the festival to celebrate both tradition and creativity. “It was raining outside when someone from my kitchen team said, ‘Abhi garam garam momo khaate toh maza aa jata,’ and that struck a chord,” Chef Raman recalls. “We wanted to bring that very feeling to our guests, simple joy, wrapped in a dumpling.”

The specially designed menu includes an array of both classic and inventive dishes such as Prawn Har Gao, Chicken Sui Mai, Mushroom & Spinach Dimsum, and the hearty Veg Jhol Momo. Each dish complements the crisp mountain air and the breathtaking monsoon scenery Mahabaleshwar is known for. Guests can indulge in unlimited servings across the spread, making the festival a perfect reason to visit.

Beyond the food, the ambience of The Berry Library enhances the dining experience. With elegant interiors opening up to sweeping valley views, it creates the perfect backdrop to enjoy hot dumplings while the monsoon weaves its charm outside.
