Planned from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the festive brunch offers a colourful spread inspired by traditional Indian cuisine. Guests can enjoy popular dishes such as Mutton Champaran, Murgh Changezi, Dal Makhani, Sham Savera Kofta, Kala Masala Subzi, and Aloo Methi Chaman. The Indian selection also includes Murgh Dum Biryani and Subz Dum Biryani, served with classic accompaniments that enhance the overall dining experience.

Adding an international touch to the menu are select global favourites, including Roasted Whole Chicken with Thyme Jus & Grilled Vegetables. These dishes complement the Indian spread, offering guests a well-rounded and indulgent brunch experience.
