Crowne Plaza Greater Noida has unveiled “A Feast of Shahi Kebab”, a royal celebration of flavours at its award-winning Indian restaurant, Spice Art. The experience runs throughout the month of December (1st to 30th December) from 7 PM to 11 PM, bringing together the richness of flame-grilled kebabs and the elegance of premium whisky.
The festival highlights an exclusive selection of kebab platters paired with carefully chosen malts such as J&B, Bushmill, Solan Gold and Jameson. Each pairing is designed to complement the flavours, creating a warm and indulgent dining experience.
Guests can choose from a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian kebabs. The vegetarian line-up includes Navratan Kebab, a soft cottage cheese and bean curd patty filled with vegetables and nuts; Makai Methi Malai Kebab, made with corn and fenugreek; and Paneer ke Sooley, a smoked Rajasthani specialty infused with royal spices.
For non-vegetarian lovers, the menu offers Afghani Chicken, known for its creamy and mild flavour; Panchphoran Mahi Tikka, marinated with five traditional spices; and the classic Kakori Kebab, an Awadhi favourite known for its tender texture and delicate seasoning.
The kebab platters are available in three formats, a 4-kebab platter (8 pieces), a 6-kebab platter (12 pieces), and an 8-kebab platter (16 pieces). Each platter includes two large servings of premium malts.
Sharad K Upadhyay, General Manager of Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, said that Spice Art has always celebrated India’s culinary heritage, and this festival brings guests a thoughtful blend of flavours and warm hospitality.
Executive Chef Arun Vats, who curated the special menu, shared that the focus was on retaining the authenticity of regional kebabs while pairing them with the right malts to enhance the overall experience.
Guests can reserve their table to enjoy this special celebration of kebabs and whisky at Spice Art, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, between 7 PM and 11 PM.
