The celebrations begin with a vibrant Lohri celebration at Mosaic on January 13, where the warmth of Punjab’s harvest festival takes centre stage. Guests can enjoy a lively evening filled with traditional flavours, festive décor, folk music, bhangra performances, and classic Lohri treats such as sesame seeds, jaggery, and popcorn. The experience captures the spirit of togetherness, marking the end of winter and welcoming prosperity and new beginnings.

Following this, Spice Art hosts a special Indian Biryani showcase for three weeks during January, taking guests on a culinary journey across the country. The curated spread highlights regional biryani styles from Kashmir and Lucknow to Hyderabad, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Kolkata, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. Each preparation reflects its regional identity, offering diners a deeper understanding of India’s diverse food heritage through flavours and storytelling.

At BBC, from January 15 to January 31, guests can experience the innovative Toddy Tapas concept, which blends India’s toddy culture with Spanish-style small plates. The menu features shareable dishes such as prawn masala bites, chicken tikka skewers, mini lamb sliders, and Kerala-style chicken fry, creating a relaxed yet premium dining experience that encourages social interaction.
