Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar is set to celebrate the flavours of the capital with the third edition of its popular food festival, Zaiqa-e-Dilli, hosted at Infinity, the hotel’s signature all-day dining restaurant. Scheduled from 30th January to 8th February 2026, the festival presents a rich showcase of Delhi’s culinary heritage through a thoughtfully curated cyclic menu featuring over 100 iconic dishes.
This year’s edition is themed ‘Adat Si Dilli’, a tribute to the city’s deep-rooted love for food that is comforting, familiar, and woven into everyday life. Each dish takes inspiration from Delhi’s streets, neighbourhood eateries, and skilled khansamas who have preserved traditional recipes across generations.
Zaiqa-e-Dilli brings together flavours from across the city, spanning the historic lanes of Old Delhi, the cosmopolitan charm of Connaught Place, the refined tastes of Khan Market, and the bustling food hubs of Lajpat Nagar, Rajouri Garden, Rajendra Nagar, and Karol Bagh. The menu also reflects the Mughlai legacy of Matia Mahal, the eclectic street food of Majnu Ka Tila, and popular university-area favourites, offering guests a well-rounded culinary journey through Delhi.
The experience allows diners to explore Delhi’s flavours from morning to evening in one setting. The journey begins with bun maska and chai from Old Delhi, followed by classics such as Lotan Ke Chole Kulche and Shyam Sweet’s Poori Bedami & Nagori Halwa. The spread continues with kachoris from Civil Lines and Mughlai specialities including kebabs, mutton nihari, and Akbari fish inspired by Matia Mahal. Lajpat Nagar-style Aloo Chaat and Ram Ladoo, momos from Majnu Ka Tila, and Rajouri Garden-style Chole Bhature add familiar street-style favourites to the menu.
Traditional breads such as khameeri roti, rumali roti, rogani naan, and butter roti highlight age-old techniques, while live counters inspired by India Gate evenings and Connaught Place serve Bunta, Chuski, Bhel Puri, and traditional ice creams. Khan Market-inspired cocktails add a modern touch, and the experience concludes with Paranthe Wali Gali favourites and kulhad-style rajma chawal, bringing the essence of Delhi’s street food culture to the table.

From hand-kneaded breads and slow-simmered gravies to street-inspired creations, every preparation embodies generations of skill, balance, and care. Guests, whether discovering Delhi for the first time or revisiting familiar flavours, experience the textures, aromas, and rhythms that define the city’s kitchens. Our chefs, in collaboration with local khansamas and culinary experts, have explored Delhi’s iconic neighbourhoods and flavours to craft a meticulously curated rotating menu, bringing the city’s rich culinary heritage to life in every dish.”
