Daysie is celebrating Thanksgiving the warm, familiar way this year, bringing together classic dishes, global inspirations, and the kind of comfort that pairs well with a long weekend. Set on MG Road, the restaurant’s new Thanksgiving menu is all about relaxed dining, shared plates, and flavours that feel festive without being heavy.

The meal begins with soothing, winter-friendly bowls like the Shiro Miso Porcini Cappuccino Soup, topped with brown butter for an earthy finish. In salads, guests can choose between the Warm Roasted Grape Salad with Parma ham and burrata, or the lighter Poached Pear Carpaccio with blue cheese and candied walnuts.

Small plates keep the table lively with bites that are easy to pass around,  Wild Mushroom and Truffle Arancini, Corn and Jalapeño Spanakopita, Maple Bourbon Chicken Wings, and Seared Scallops with sweet corn purée and bacon dust.

For mains, Daysie adds festive twists to familiar favourites. Think Mustard Maple Glazed Pork Belly with peach jalapeño relish, Blackened Seabass in a Cajun cream sauce, and a soft, flavour-packed Turkey Roulade with mascarpone and thyme pesto. Vegetarians get equal attention with a comforting Truffle Mac and Cheese and an Artichoke, Ricotta & Sage Lasagna, both rich enough to stand on their own.

Desserts stay classic and cosy, a warm Pecan Pie with vanilla ice cream and a Matcha Mousse Shortcake served with strawberry compote, giving the meal a clean, satisfying finish.
