Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad is set to host a bold culinary collaboration as Delhi’s popular grill destination, GOAT by Chef Gaurav Sircar, takes over the Mazzo Rooftop Restaurant for a limited nine-night pop-up from February 6–14, 2026. Set against Hyderabad’s skyline, the collaboration brings together GOAT’s signature charcoal-fired cooking and Mazzo’s craft cocktail programme for a distinctive dining experience.
Known for its robust flavours and fire-led techniques, GOAT marks its first major expansion outside Delhi with this rooftop takeover. Chef Gaurav Sircar, celebrated for blending traditional grilling methods with a contemporary approach, brings his belief that food should be so engaging it makes diners pause mid-conversation. The pop-up reflects this philosophy through a menu built around smoke, spice, and carefully balanced flavours.
Mazzo’s open-air rooftop setting provides a relaxed yet vibrant backdrop for the collaboration. With sweeping city views and a breezy ambience, the venue adds its own signature touch through a thoughtfully designed cocktail programme that complements GOAT’s charcoal-forward dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience.
“Hyderabad understands spice and respects flavour, which makes it the perfect city for our first big pop-up outside Delhi,” says Chef Gaurav Sircar. “Add Mazzo’s rooftop energy and Marriott’s hospitality, and you have something truly special.”
Sharing insights on the collaboration, Ashwin Vaidya, General Manager of Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad, said, “Mazzo has always been about experimentation and bringing fresh perspectives to Hyderabad’s dining scene. While the city has a rich tradition of grills rooted in Nizami cuisine, this collaboration introduces a different interpretation, Delhi’s bold, charcoal-forward approach paired with our craft cocktail expertise. We’re creating an experience that honours both traditions while offering something entirely new.”
The menu features a balanced mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian selections, including Grilled Corn Ribs, Mushroom Skewers, Chicken and Lamb Skewers, Grilled Wings, Roast Chicken, and Slow-Braised Mutton Ribs. Vegetarian mains such as Confit Portobello and Grilled Aubergine with Harissa and Tahini round out the offering. Starters like Avocado Brûlée and Roasted Beetroot Salad pair seamlessly with signature cocktails such as the Zafrani Qubani Royale, while Harissa Roasted Potatoes are matched with the smoky, citrus-led Amber Diwan.
Running through Valentine’s Day, the GOAT × Mazzo Rooftop Takeover invites couples, food lovers, and grill enthusiasts to enjoy nine evenings of flavour-led dining. More than a pop-up, the collaboration brings together two distinct culinary philosophies to create a memorable rooftop experience in Hyderabad.
