DOU Brew Room & Bakehouse is bringing the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean to Chennai with Islas Del Caribe, a specially curated culinary experience available at its Nungambakkam and Alwarpet outlets until October 31, 2026. The menu draws inspiration from the region's diverse food traditions, combining bold spices, smoky flavours and fresh ingredients.

Designed to offer diners a taste of the Caribbean, the selection features both vegetarian and non-vegetarian creations that highlight the region's distinctive seasonings and flavour combinations.

Among the signature offerings is the Jerk Chicken Patty, featuring slow-cooked chicken seasoned with jerk spices, encased in flaky golden pastry and served with tamarind and mint chutney. Another highlight, Bajan Prawn Skewers, features herb-marinated prawns chargrilled and paired with Caribbean pepper relish.

The vegetarian selection brings its own mix of textures and flavours. Crispy Callaloo Fritters with Mango Habanero Drizzle combine a crisp bite with a sweet and spicy finish, while the Jamaican Jerk Vegetable & Cheddar Gratin offers a comforting baked preparation infused with Caribbean spices.

Through Islas Del Caribe, DOU Brew Room & Bakehouse brings together the colourful ingredients, distinctive seasonings and culinary influences of the Caribbean in a menu created for Chennai diners. The experience offers an opportunity to explore island-inspired dishes without travelling beyond the city.

The menu is available from October 15 to 31, 2026, at both DOU outlets, giving diners an opportunity to discover these Caribbean-inspired creations over lunch and throughout the day.
