Known for combining the lively spirit of a neighbourhood dive bar with the nostalgic charm of Goa’s beach shack culture, BoilerMaker has built a reputation for creating relaxed yet memorable drinking experiences. For this special takeover, the team will step behind the bar at Dupion Cocktail Room, presenting a curated cocktail menu inspired by regional flavours, creative techniques, and bold ingredient combinations.

Guests can expect a lineup of BoilerMaker’s signature creations, including Mango No, a vibrant tropical-inspired cocktail; Picasso Sour, known for its balanced flavour profile and artistic presentation; and Blow Me a Raspberry, a spirited cocktail designed to deliver a lively and refreshing finish.
