EDO at ITC Gardenia is marking one year of its grand reopening with “EDO: A Year of Rhythm, Flavour & Flow”, bringing together Japanese cuisine, premium beverages and music on 30th August 2026.

The anniversary celebration will begin with an indulgent afternoon and continue into an elegant sundowner. Guests can enjoy premium beverages inspired by the soulful energy of Tokyo's izakaya’s, accompanied by curated DJ sets featuring vinyl textures that move through deep and melodic rhythm, disco, funk, progressive techno and afro house.

Food will remain at the centre of the celebration, with EDO showcasing its contemporary Japanese cuisine through sushi, gyoza, donburi and expertly charred robatayaki. The menu will also highlight the distinctive flavours that have shaped EDO’s culinary identity.

Set against EDO’s warm lighting and rich interiors, the anniversary brings together the convivial spirit of the izakaya with culinary artistry, music and good company.
