EL at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar is bringing back its signature Botanicals After Dark series with a fresh new theme, Desert Bloom. Following the success of its June edition, the rooftop destination will host this limited-time cocktail experience from July 16 to 27, celebrating the unique flavours of agave through thoughtfully crafted drinks and immersive experiences.

Inspired by the landscapes where agave naturally grows, Desert Bloom explores the pairing of Patrón tequila with botanicals including citrus, herbs, florals, spices, and smoky notes. The menu is designed to reflect the journey from sunset to night through a collection of distinctive cocktails.

The limited-edition menu features four signature creations. Desert Bloom combines grapefruit with orange blossom for a refreshing profile, while Wild Agave brings together green chilli and citrus. Volcanic Sunset blends charred pineapple with smoked salt and chilli, and Moon Garden offers a herb-forward mix of sage, chamomile, and citrus oils. Each cocktail presents a different take on agave, inspired by the natural environments where the plant flourishes.

Adding to the experience is the Desert Bloom Cart, an interactive tableside ritual that allows guests to customise their cocktails. Diners can choose from smoked aromatics, botanical mists, finishing salts, fresh herbs, and edible florals, with every drink completed tableside for a personalised touch.

Beyond the cocktails, Desert Bloom transforms EL into an immersive rooftop setting inspired by botanical landscapes. Rich greenery, drifting smoke, moonlit tones, music, and panoramic city views come together to create an atmosphere that encourages guests to slow down and savour the evening. From the interactive cocktail presentation to the carefully balanced flavour combinations, every detail has been designed to make the experience memorable.
