Running till July 25, 2026, the special culinary showcase highlights the slow-cooking techniques that have long been a part of Chinese home-style cuisine. Using traditional clay pots, each dish is prepared to allow ingredients to absorb rich flavours while retaining their natural textures and aromas.

The specially curated menu features a selection of classic clay pot preparations made with seasonal ingredients, aromatic broths and authentic Chinese spices. Served piping hot in traditional clay pots, the dishes offer guests an authentic dining experience inspired by one of Asia's most cherished culinary traditions.
