The hotel’s culinary team has created a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dim sum, gyozas and wontons, bringing together different textures, aromas and flavours in a contemporary dining experience.

The vegetarian selection includes Vegetable Crystal Dimsum, Mushroom & Edamame Dimsum, Asparagus & Water Chestnut Dimsum, Spicy Exotic Mushroom Gyoza and Crispy Vegetable Wonton. The selection brings together delicate textures with a variety of Asian-inspired flavours.
