Food lovers in Goa can explore the bold flavours of Maharashtra as Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute hosts its Kolhapuri Thali Festival from 23rd August to 30th August 2026 at Kava, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant.

Known for its bold spices, aromatic gravies and strong culinary traditions, Kolhapuri cuisine brings together a range of flavours that have made it popular across India. During the week-long festival, guests can enjoy a specially curated selection of traditional vegetarian and non-vegetarian Kolhapuri delicacies served in an authentic thali format.

The menu has been curated by Executive Chef Mohit Bhowar and his culinary team, with a focus on the food traditions of Kolhapur and the warmth of Maharashtrian hospitality. Traditional recipes and regional accompaniments come together to offer diners a taste of Maharashtra while in North Goa.

The festival will be available for both lunch and dinner.
