Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru invites guests to experience the soulful flavours of Punjab at “Royals of Punjab,” a 10-day culinary pop-up hosted at CUR8 from July 18 to 27, 2025. The event showcases the creations of Chef Sweety Singh, a celebrated name in Punjabi cuisine known for his authentic, slow-cooked recipes and a rich culinary legacy that spans over 30 years.

Born in Delhi, Chef Sweety Singh began cooking at the age of 19, guided solely by passion and tradition. Without any formal training, he learned the art of Punjabi food from his father’s dhaba, which dates back to the 1950s. His dishes are prepared using hand-sourced spices from Punjab and follow time-honoured methods, offering diners a rare chance to enjoy true Punjabi flavours in a refined setting.
