Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru proudly presents "FSheroes: Breaking Boundaries with Every Flavour & Art," a month-long celebration of culinary excellence and artistic brilliance at CUR8. Launched in honor of Women’s Month, this initiative pays tribute to India's trailblazing women chefs and artists, weaving together a rich narrative of innovation, tradition, and resilience.

This unique collaboration showcases the creativity of home chefs and artists, offering guests an immersive experience that blends food with evocative storytelling.

A Canvas of Art & Culture

From March 1-15, the "Curated by CUR8" exhibition will feature stunning works by artists:

• Shravani Dang – Inspired by nature’s intricate patterns.
   
• Rangoli Garg – Capturing the emotions of Indian womanhood.
   
• Onjali – Presenting figurative, abstract, and icon paintings, drawing from her studies at Visva-Bharati University, Shantiniketan, and the National Institute of Design.

Celebrating Culinary Sheroes

The event highlights four exceptional home chefs, each bringing a taste of their culinary heritage to CUR8:

• Marwari Cuisine by Lata Khatri (March 6-8) – Founder of Lata Ki Rasoi, known for authentic Rajasthani flavors.
•  Bengali Cuisine by Sutapa Baruah (March 13-15) – Visionary behind Himur Heshel, transforming home-style Bengali dishes into a celebrated restaurant experience.
• Saraswat Cuisine by Yogita Yaji (March 21-22) – The mastermind behind The Saras Table, offering intimate dining experiences in Goa.
• Coorgi Cuisine by Anjali Ganapathy (March 27-29) – Founder of Pig Out: A Coorg Kitchen Story, preserving Kodagu’s rich culinary traditions.
