Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru has welcomed the festive season with its annual cake mixing ceremony, bringing together guests, hotel leadership, the culinary team and friends of the hotel to mark the beginning of preparations for Christmas.

The celebration centred on a tradition that brings people together through food and shared experiences. Guests joined the hotel's team to mix an assortment of dried fruits, nuts, candied peel and aromatic spices, soaked in spirits and juices, as preparations began for the traditional Christmas cake.

The ceremony offered participants an opportunity to take part in the culinary ritual while enjoying conversations and the festive spirit of the occasion. Each ingredient contributes to the character of the eventual cake, with the mixture left to mature so that its flavours and aromas can develop before baking.
