Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is celebrating the monsoon season with two distinct culinary experiences across its signature venues Opus, the all-day dining restaurant, and AER, its iconic rooftop bar, offering guests contrasting ways to enjoy the rains in the city.
At Opus, the hotel presents Monsoon Bowls, a seasonal menu available from 9 to 26 July 2026, designed to bring warmth and comfort during Mumbai’s rainy days. The menu features globally inspired bowls that balance nourishment with flavour, including dishes such as the Millet Khichdi Power Bowl, Thai Rainforest Bowl, Monsoon Harvest Bowl, and Caribbean Coconut Bowl.
Non-vegetarian and bold flavour options include Malaysian Laksa Bowl with chicken, prawns or tofu, Dried Shrimp Congee Bowl, Smoky BBQ Chicken Bowl, and Southwest Lamb Bowl. Each preparation focuses on aromatic broths, seasonal ingredients and layered textures, offering a comforting dining experience suited for relaxed lunches and family meals.
Meanwhile, 34 floors above the city, AER transforms the monsoon into a vibrant evening experience with THUNDER – A Storm of Spice & Sound, running from 6 to 26 July 2026. The concept is part of AER’s ongoing Flavours of Monsoon series and focuses on bold, spice-driven cocktails and energetic ambience.
The menu includes signature monsoon-inspired drinks such as the Kokum Punch with Mahura, tamarind and ginger, the Toki Highball featuring Suntory Whisky, the Roosevelt crafted with Roku Gin, and the Old Aires made with Laphroaig 10 Year Old and Amaro Abano. Complementing the cocktails are spice-forward bar bites and curated music, creating an immersive rooftop experience.
Together, Opus and AER present two contrasting moods of the monsoon — one rooted in warmth and comfort, and the other in energy and elevation — offering guests at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai a complete seasonal dining journey.
