This November, The Bheemili Resort – Managed by Accor invites guests to experience the vibrant soul of Thailand, right by the Bay of Bengal. For ten days, Teppanyaki, the resort’s signature restaurant, transforms into a Thai paradise as it hosts the Thai Food Festival, a culinary celebration of spice, flavour, and tradition.
Running from 14th to 23rd November 2025, the festival takes diners on a flavour-packed journey through Thailand’s most loved dishes. From the spicy Tom Yum Goong and refreshing Som Tum salad to the creamy Green Curry, rich Massaman Curry, and the ever-popular Pad Thai noodles, every dish is a celebration of Thailand’s culinary heritage.
The feast concludes with the classic Mango Sticky Rice, a perfect blend of sweetness and tropical freshness that captures the essence of Thai desserts. Each creation is prepared with authentic recipes, traditional techniques, and fresh local ingredients, balancing the hallmark Thai notes of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy in perfect harmony.
