Born in Shillong, Shad Skye has steadily carved a name for itself on India’s 30 Best Bars list, earning recognition for its bold, ingredient driven cocktails rooted in the flavours of North East India. Known for its confident, flavour first approach and use of indigenous produce, the bar has gained national attention while staying deeply connected to its regional identity.
For a special one-night-only takeover, Shad Skye brings its signature style to Daysie, Bengaluru. The bar will be led by Rishot Laloo, Head Mixologist at Shad Skye, who will take charge of the evening’s cocktail experience. Guests can expect drinks drawn straight from the bar’s core playbook, reflecting balance, flavour and thoughtful mixology.
The cocktail lineup showcases some of Shad Skye’s standout creations. Tuaite is a layered cocktail made with Absolut, bamboo shoot, ginger, jasmine syrup and supasawa. Bitchi Sour blends JW Blonde with bitchi, a fermented rice beer from Meghalaya, along with sohiong, lime and magic velvet. Another highlight, 1820’s, is a refreshing gin based cocktail built with Assam tea, citrus and apple. Completing the menu is 793 Picante, a bold and spicy mix of Patrón Reposado, bitchi, jalapeño, coriander, lime and sugar syrup.
