We are thrilled to announce an exclusive dining event at Eight, Phoenix Palladium Mumbai, in association with Kikkoman India. On the evening of 16th August 2024, from 8 PM to 10 PM, guests will be treated to an extraordinary 5-course WA-Chuka menu, meticulously curated by the renowned Michelin Star Chef Yuki Sugaya.

WA-Chuka, or Japanese-style Chinese cuisine, is a unique culinary genre that blends the rich, bold flavors of Chinese cuisine with the refined techniques and subtleties of Japanese cooking. Born in Chiba, Japan, Chef Yuki Sugaya is a pioneer of WA-Chuka cuisine, skillfully blending Japanese and Chinese flavors. With over two decades of experience, Chef Sugaya has earned international acclaim, notably leading Shisen Hanten in Singapore to two Michelin stars for four consecutive years. He now operates his own restaurant, "1022," in Nagoya, where he continues to perfect his culinary art.
