GIGI Bombay is adding a playful and indulgent twist to Easter celebrations this year with a limited-edition festive menu, curated by Chef Beena Noronha. From 18th to 24th April, the All Day Easter Specials bring together vibrant, globally inspired dishes that are both bold and beautifully crafted.
The Easter menu kicks off with a line-up of appetisers that are as artful as they are delicious. The Pomme Pavé is a golden, crispy stack of buttery potatoes topped with lemon cream cheese, blueberry jam, and herb caviar pearls. The Balsamic Glazed Mushroom Flatbread delivers rustic comfort on a puff pastry base with caramelised onions and herbs. For something rich and creamy, the Velvet Phyllo Bite is filled with minced chicken and slow-cooked herbs, touched with parmesan. And for seafood lovers, the Yuzu Kosho Tiger—char-grilled tiger prawns in herb butter, served over charred leeks—is an absolute showstopper.
The mains continue the celebration with indulgent dishes like Pappardelle Siciliane al Pistacchio, a creamy pistachio pesto pasta with cranberries and sun-dried tomatoes, and Miso Truffle Udon, packed with umami, crispy garlic, and truffle. The Smoky Soy Spatchcock, marinated and grilled to perfection, comes with rosemary wedges and mango salad, while Nori Buta Kushi offers spicy pork belly skewers with nori jam and teriyaki glaze. And the Ocean Glow Dory, served with romesco sauce and truffle foam, is every bit as luxurious as it sounds.
The sweet finale features two standout creations. Bunny’s Delight layers spiced carrot cake with silky white chocolate mousse and nutmeg sauce, while the Easter Meadow Flan, served with apple jam, honeycomb, and Madagascar vanilla gelato, captures the spirit of spring in every bite.
