This November, Elements by Rosetta, Varca, is turning up the heat with a vibrant culinary celebration — “Goa Meets Mexico”. Hosted at Cucina Rosetta, this month-long food festival blends the zest and colour of Mexican cuisine with the relaxed charm of coastal Goa.

Guests can enjoy an à la carte menu designed by Chef Somnath Porel, Executive Chef at Elements by Rosetta, featuring authentic Mexican flavours recreated with premium ingredients and a creative local touch.

The menu is a delicious journey through Mexico’s favourite comfort foods. From cheesy quesadillas filled with fresh, local ingredients to loaded nachos topped with melted cheese or chilli con carne and zesty tomato salsa, each dish promises bold flavours and hearty portions.

Food lovers can also explore four varieties of tacos, each inspired by Mexico’s lively street food culture:

• 7-layer chicken chipotle tacos, with spiced meat, cilantro, chipotle sauce, lettuce, and onions.

• Fish and chips tacos, combining crispy battered fish and fries for a coastal Tex-Mex twist.

• Cottage cheese and jalapeno tacos, with grilled paneer, jalapenos, and beans.

• Refried kidney and butter bean tacos, served with crisp lettuce in crunchy shells for a lighter bite.

For a filling meal, rice bowls featuring BBQ or peri peri chicken on a bed of herb rice with fresh vegetables offer the perfect balance of flavour and comfort.

To complement the spicy spread, the beverage menu features three refreshing mojito versions, from the classic lime and mint mix to tropical fruit-infused blends that add a hint of Goan sunshine to this Mexican favourite. These non-alcoholic drinks are ideal for a casual lunch or family evening.
