Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida is all set to transport guests to the vibrant streets of Punjab’s Golden City with its food festival, Rangla Amritsar, to be held at Infinity, all-day dining restaurant from 22nd to 31st August 2025.

Organised in collaboration with its sister hotel, Holiday Inn Amritsar Ranjit Avenue, the festival brings the culinary artistry of Chef Jaswant Singh, deeply rooted in Amritsar’s food culture. Growing up amidst the bustling streets and community kitchens of the city, Chef Jaswant infuses every dish with memories and authenticity. Joining him is Chef Roushan Sharma, Executive Chef, Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar, ensuring the festival menu carries both tradition and innovation.

The festival theme, “Gediyaan te galliyan, swad Amritsar wargha”, reimagines Amritsar’s iconic food streets. Guests will experience pind-style dhaba seating, colourful folk-inspired décor, live lassi counters, makhan-churning demos, and the irresistible aromas of slow-cooked curries and smoky tandoor grills.

The specially curated menu highlights Amritsar’s legendary dishes:

• Starters & Mains: Challi da shorba, Amritsari tangri kebab, Amritsari kulcha chhole, Amritsari macchi, Amritsari wadiyan, Makki di roti te sarson da saag, Amritsari raan, Mutton balochi kadhai, Mogewala kukkad, Kesar da dhaba paneer.
  

• Desserts: Alsi di pinni, Rawa khajoor kheer, and Doodh mawa halwa.
