This Onam, Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks is bringing the flavours of Kerala to Bengaluru with a traditional Onam Sadhya, celebrating the festival through authentic recipes and familiar festive favourites.

The Sadhya will be served on a banana leaf, bringing together a selection of Kerala's classic vegetarian preparations. Guests can enjoy banana chips, pappadam, avial, olan, thoran, erissery, pachadi, inji curry, sambar, rasam and moru curry, among other delicacies.

At the heart of the feast is fragrant rice, served alongside an assortment of dishes that showcase the balance of spice, tang and subtle sweetness found in Kerala cuisine. From comforting curries and delicately spiced vegetables to traditional accompaniments, each preparation adds to the festive spread. The meal will end with traditional payasams, offering a sweet finish to the Sadhya.
